What time can I check in?
Both hostels (Inter Plaza Mayor and Inter Puerta del Sol) have 24-hour self check-in. You can arrive at any time following the instructions we send by email on the arrival day.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is until 11:00. If you need to leave your luggage, we offer free luggage storage at reception.
Do rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes. All our rooms in both hostels have a private bathroom inside the room.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, free Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, including rooms and common areas.
Can I smoke in the rooms?
No. Both hostels are 100% non-smoking. Smoking in the room incurs a cleaning penalty.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, at this time we cannot host pets, except for certified service dogs.
Is there an elevator?
Yes, both hostels have an elevator. Inter Plaza Mayor offers a wheelchair-accessible route to the elevator.
How do I modify or cancel my booking?
You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your booking. You can also write to reservas@interhostales.es with your reference number.
Do you accept groups?
Yes, we can host groups. For more than 6 people please email reservas@interhostales.es and we will send you a custom quote.
Do you have parking?
We do not have on-site parking, but there are public parkings a short walk away. We recommend public transport: Sol and Tirso de Molina metro stations are very close.
