House rules

Basic rules to make your stay, and that of other guests, perfect.

Schedules

• Check-in: from 14:00. 24-hour self check-in available at both hostels.
• Check-out: until 11:00. Free luggage storage at reception.
• Quiet hours: from 23:00 to 08:00 out of respect for other guests.

House rules

• Minimum check-in age: 18 (valid ID or passport required).
• ID required for all guests at check-in (mandatory traveller registry per Spanish Order INT/657/2024).
• No parties or gatherings in the rooms.
• Smoking is forbidden anywhere inside the hostel. Smoking in the room incurs a 100 € deep-cleaning fee.
• No pets allowed, except certified service dogs.

Visitors

• Only registered guests may access the rooms.
• We reserve the right of admission and may request ID at any time.

Payment, deposit and damages

• A valid credit or debit card may be requested as a security deposit at check-in.
• Any damage to the room or common areas will be charged to the responsible guest at actual repair or replacement cost.
• Lost room key or card incurs a 25 € fee.

Cancellations

• Cancellation conditions are shown on each rate at booking time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged for the first night or the full stay, depending on the rate.

Safety

• The hostel has CCTV in common areas.
• For your safety, do not leave valuables in your room. Use the in-room safe when available. The hostel is not responsible for personal items.
• Tampering with detection, extinguishing or alarm systems is strictly forbidden.
